Rates and Information

Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive Ulaan Baatar airport. You will be met at the airport and taken to your hotel. Evening meal together.

Day 2 - After breakfast you will travel to the airport and fly to the small village of Dadal. From there you will be driven to the fishing camp.

Day 3-8 - 6 full days of fishing. A typical day begins with breakfast at 6:30am. Departure for the fishing sight at 7:30am. Lunch will be in the field. Fishermen will arrive back at camp by 7:00pm. Dinner served at 8:00pm.

Day 9 - Pack up, and then to Dadal and fly to Ulaan Baatar. You will be met and taken to your hotel.

Day 10 - Breakfast, travel to the airport for your flight home.

Travel Documents:
To enter Mongolia you will need a passport with at least 6 months’ validity. Visas are not required for U.S. citizens entering Mongolia as tourists for a stay of up to 30 days. Mongolia’s International airport is accessed from various cities such as Frankford, Germany; Seoul, Korea; Osaka, Japan; Beijing, China and Moscow, Russia. A visa is required for passage through China and Russia. If you will need a visa, Mongolian Rivers, LLC will be glad to assist you to obtain that visa.

Travel cost (air flight):
We will be glad to arrange air travel for you. The cost to fly Round trip from San Francisco to Ulaan Baatar is currently $1495.00 (subject to change).

Package rate includes:

  • 10 days, 9 nights
  • Hotel - single occupancy (2 nights)
  • 8 nights in camp
  • Transfer to/from hotel and airport
  • Transfer to/from fishing camp
  • Fishing permits

  • English speaking interpreters camp operator
  • All meals for 10 days in Mongolia

Not Included:
Airfare to/from Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia from other countries; Visas for Mongolia, China, or any other country while in transit to/from Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia; gratuities to camp staff, guides, hotel personnel; baggage handling, overweight or over baggage charges; personal items; alcoholic beverages; telephone calls; laundry; fishing equipment/tackle; airport charges (departure tax).

Sightseeing Extension:
We will be happy to arrange for you an extra day or more of sightseeing in Ulaan Baatar or elsewhere in Mongolia. Included is an English speaking guide, car and driver, meals exempted.
